Leadership & career coaching

Leadership is messy.
Careers are, too.

I work with people navigating the complicated parts of work — leading people, growing into bigger roles, making difficult decisions, changing jobs, getting unstuck, and figuring out what comes next.

Coaching for real life
at work.

Maybe you're stepping into a bigger role and realizing what got you here isn't quite what you need now. You're navigating a difficult boss, team, or organization. You're thinking about leaving — or you've already left and aren't sure what comes next. You want the promotion. You got the promotion. You're making a big career decision.

Or maybe you just know something isn't working and you're tired of talking to yourself about it.

“I have no idea, but something needs to change”is a perfectly good place to start.

Thoughtful. Direct.
Curious. Practical.

I'm thoughtful, direct, curious, and practical. I'll ask good questions, notice patterns, challenge your assumptions, and occasionally ask the question you were hoping I wouldn't ask.

I believe you're capable of finding your own answers. But coaching doesn't happen in a vacuum. Work happens inside organizations, relationships, power dynamics, competing priorities, and actual lives.

I bring both sides: the training to help you find your own answers and the operating experience to understand the world you're trying to navigate.

And if you want me to take off my coaching hat for a minute and tell you what I actually think? We can do that, too.

About me.

I've spent nearly 20 years leading teams and building functions at companies including DoorDash, Reddit, Twitch, Cruise, Peloton, and Vercel. Most of my career has been in tech, so I've lived through more reorganizations, leadership changes, pivots, and “exciting new chapters” than I can count.

I've built teams from scratch, inherited them, grown them, and reorganized them. I've been the hiring manager and the candidate. I've gotten the promotion and not gotten the promotion. I've made career pivots, led through change, and found myself unexpectedly figuring out what came next.

I'm a Certified Co-Active Coach with a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. I've spent my career inside the kinds of organizations and situations my clients are trying to navigate.

I know coaching.
And I know work.
